An All-New Knott’s Soak City Water Park

We attended as a guest of the venue

Summer is officially here and it is the perfect time to get outside and soak up the summer sun at Knott’s Soak City. Last week, I got the kids into their new swimsuits and brought them for an unforgettable day of play at Knott’s Soak City.

We visited on the grand reopening, and families were lined up at the front gates, eager to play when we arrived. Knott’s Soak City has expanded by over two acres, and has completely transformed to become a premier water oasis. There are new water slides, cabanas, and a reenvisioned cafe called Longboards Grill.

Since I have toddlers, my family spent most of the day in the kiddie area called Gremmie Lagoon. There were mini water slides, splash pads, and other interactive water features. It was perfect for my 18-month-old and 3-year-old.

I am expecting a new baby so I spent the whole day with the kids in the kiddie area, and my husband got to experience some of the thrilling waterslides. Shore Break, Old Man Falls, and The Wedge were just a couple of his favorites. Shore Break is perfect for thrill seekers and features a disappearing floor that sends guests on an epic ride.

The park also displayed a lazy river and a wave pool, which was fun for the whole family.  There is also a fun tubing ride where the entire family can experience a waterslide together by riding together on the large tube.

Whether you are a thrill seeker or a little more chill, Knott’s Soak City has something to offer everyone of all ages.  Knott’s Soak City is currently open for the summer. Tickets are available online or at the gates. Don’t miss bringing your family for a day of water play!

I am wife and mommy of two little ones Landon and Harper – and a new baby on the way.  I love to be with my little loves so much I spend all my days with them.  I am a mom who has completely and totally embraced this crazy and amazing journey called mommyhood.  My husband and I both attended the same schools since Jr. High and both became USC alumni.  We are also both one of four kids so we are extremely family oriented.   I am inspired by photography and trying to capture memories of my littles everyday as well as a real estate enthusiast who is always intrigued to what is going on in the marketplace.
