codeCampus’s summer workshops are fun, with revolutionary and tested curriculums taught by expert instructors. Learning to code: Improves children’s performance in math, logic, and reasoning Accelerates students several years ahead of their peers Sets kids up for success in whichever area they choose to pursue careers. Whether your child is experienced or just starting out, codeCampus has workshops for every skill level.

Build creativity and cultivate coding skills

Scratch Hackathon Intensive: Collaborate to design and build Scratch projects and games, and compete with other teams in the class! Designed for students who have prior coding experience.

For students entering grades 3-5
codeCampus Headquarters – Costa Mesa

Session 1: July 11 – 15, 9:00 – 11:00 am
Session 2: August 1 – 5, 9:00 – 11:00 am

Learn to code for the first time

Mobile App development for Kids: Learn the basics, and how to use them to create incredible apps for mobile and tablet devices! No prior experience necessary.

For students entering grades 4-6
codeCampus Headquarters – Costa Mesa

Session 1: July 18 – 22, 9:00 – 11:00 am
Session 2: August 8 – 12, 9:00 – 11:00 am

Develop advanced skills and build a portfolio (great for college apps!)

3D Game Development: Use a 3D game engine along with C# to create jaw-dropping 3D games! Prior experience is not required, but will be helpful.

For students entering grades 6-8

Session 2: August 1 – 5, 1:00 – 3:00 pm

Web Development Intensive: Learn how the Internet works and how to design, build, and launch websites! No prior experience necessary.

For students entering grades 6-8

Session 2: August 8 – 12, 1:00 – 3:00 pm

About codeCampus: codeCampus strives is to get kids excited to code through its after-school programs, private tutoring and workshops. Expert instructors inspire students to create apps games and websites, in a fun and collaborative environment. In the last year, codeCampus grew from having a few classes in its Costa Mesa headquarters to running after-school programs in over 50 schools across the county, with plans to expand into Los Angeles. Founder, Raj Sidhu, is also dedicated to giving back to the community. codeCampus provides free after school classes to underprivileged students at the Adams Elementary School in Costa Mesa.
