Funfetti Rainbow Pancakes
I love making pancakes for my family every weekend. I am always trying different ways to make pancakes, and after being inspired by the upcoming National Pancake Day holiday, I decided to make funfetti rainbow pancakes for my kids.
The recipe was easy to make using my new T-fal pan. While I used to make pancakes from scratch, I have found that Krusteaz takes just as good as making them from scratch, and allows me more time to be creative with the different types of pancakes I make for my children.
When I made the funfetti rainbow pancakes this morning for my kids, they squealed with delight when their eyes first spotted the colorful pancakes. I made the pancakes extra special for my kids by topping them with whipped cream and extra sprinkles.
How do you make funfetti rainbow pancakes? It’s super easy.
2 Cups of Krusteaz pancake mix
1 1/3 cup of water
1/4 cup of sprinkles (I used the hearts to add extra love into my recipe)
1. Mix the pancake mix and water together until fully blended.
2. Add the sprinkles.
3. Heat your T-fal pancake frying pan over medium heat. The frying pan has a unique heating indicator to show when the pan is ready to be used to make your pancakes.
4. Pour pancake batter onto the frying pan. Cook for a couple of minutes. Flip. Serve.
Have fun making these colorful and delicious pancakes for your children on February 28th – National Pancake Day!!
