Paws Fur Pink: Dog-Friendly Run/Walk

Do you have a furry best friend? Then you’ll want to get a pink leash and bring them to the Irvine Regional Park this weekend for the Paws Fur Pink dog-friendly run/walk to raise awareness of breast and canine cancer.

Participants can register to run or walk with their dogs and raise funds for charity paw-tners, which include the Orange County and Los Angeles Affiliates of Susan G. Komen, and the National Canine Cancer Foundation (NCCF).

The first Paws FUR Pink event was held five years ago in Orange County. Since then, the event, now also held in Los Angeles and San Diego Counties, has raised $79,238 for Susan G. Komen.
