Skin Care Products for Day or Night
Is your facial regimen working as well for you? I’ve really been challenged with the dryer climate; with the combination of the unusual cold climate and then back to our gorgeous Southern California weather again, my skin doesn’t know what to do. So, when TriDerma MD, a medical strength skin care line reached out with the chance to try a few of their products, I couldn’t wait! My skin, like so many others is craving the moisture along with a little more tender loving care during this dryer winter season.
One recent afternoon, a lovely little box arrived with some specialty items to help my skin along. A Spot & Wrinkle Erasing Scrub, along with a Pore Reducing Anti-Age Serum and an Extra Pure Healing Gel. In addition, a few days to try a Facial Redness Cleanser. Oh goody!!
The following morning I put to use the Facial Redness Cleanser; my face loved it! Truly for the first time in a long while my skin didn’t feel stripped and dry, I almost forgot that I did need to put on my daily moisturizer. I admittedly, couldn’t wait to use it again; which was both morning and evening.
Next I tried a Pore Reducing Anti-Age Serum; I used this product in the morning prior to my make up application. It was fun to see the changes that occurred with my pores after a few days of use. I tend to notice larger pores on my nose, so by the end of the week, when they nearly non-existent, I was pleasantly surprised.
Another evening I had a couple of friends over for a girls night and we all indulged in facials. This meant it was certainly time to bring out the Spot & Wrinkle Erasing Scrub. The scrub is smooth, light and has the tiniest Diamond Cut Crystals throughout, those crystals are your best friend; acting like a surgeon’s scalpel! It exfoliates dead skin cells, helping to stimulate collagen and diminish the appearance of those fine lines and wrinkles. Who wouldn’t adore this, right?! We all fell in love with this one!
Now the next one I wasn’t sure how I would put to use, Extra Pure Healing Gel. It has a number of uses for burns, sunburns, blemishes, razor burn or perhaps a post cosmetic procedure. It is an aloe based product which I really enjoyed for any razor burn, a recent bug bite and after a morning hike it as great for my nose and shoulders. I could see this one being used more often than I thought as it has a complex of aloe which includes a natural antiseptic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory.
All the products I tried were aloe based and since I look for natural items this was most appealing. In addition, the price points are great! Affordability and ease of finding in a local retailer and/or on-line. If you have the chance, definitely check these out to add a new item and or change up a few products.
