Perfect Banana Smoothie

My son loves banana smoothies. I have been making him one every morning for years, and it is an excellent way to sneak probiotics into his diet. Since I make him the same kind of smoothie every day, I am always looking for new ways to make it. When I was recently introduced to Organic Valley Grassmilk yogurt, it was the one thing that his banana smoothie was missing all those years to be the best banana smoothie ever.

Grassmilk is cultured in small batches with milk from grass-fed cows. Since their cows are grass-fed, they produce milk with a perfect balance of omega-3 to omega-6 fatty acids. The yogurt has a creamy topping that melts in your mouth with every bite, making an absolutely creamy smoothie. The first time that my son tasted his smoothie made with Grassmilk yogurt, he immediately noticed a difference and asked me to make his smoothies like that every day.

Perfect Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 Banana
1 cup of ice
1 cup of milk
1 cup of vanilla Grassmilk yogurt
1 tea. flax seeds

Directions:

1. Add all the ingredients into your blender.

2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

3. Enjoy

Smoothies are a great way to help your children eat a well-balanced diet, and when made with Grassmilk, your kids will be asking for smoothies every day.
