Celebrate Christmas Eve and/or New Year’s Eve with some glitz and glam at The Ritz Prime Seafood. In addition to their full dinner menu, The Ritz will be offering a special 3-course Prix Fixe menu with wine pairings on both nights (December 24 and December 31). Guests will begin with an amuse bouche from Chef Phil Kastel, then select from a number of appetizers and entrees, and for dessert select from indulgent options like Passion Fruit Creme Brulee, Chocolate Flourless Cake or Piper Heidsieck Champagne Toast. In addition, a festive holiday-themed cocktail (details pending) will be available for one night only. The prix fixe menu with wine pairings is $150/pp.

Also a best-selling cookbook author, Zov says that the prepared meals feed up to 12 and are an ideal gift as it allows families to spend quality time with one another. Orders must be placed no later than Monday, December 14 and picked up at Zov’s Bistro from 11 – 1pm on Thursday, December 24.

The meal includes a choice of roasted aged beef prime rib with traditional au jus, rotisserie pork prime rib with sour cherry sauce or free-range roast turkey with sage gravy. Each meal comes complete with a salad of baby greens topped with blue cheese sprinkles and pears and tossed in a balsamic herb vinaigrette; green beans with sautéed mushrooms; glazed baby carrots; creamed corn; and freshly baked dinner rolls.
