If you’ve got children, it could be worth hiring a trusted babysitter or calling the grandparents to see if they can watch your kids overnight. You can pick an oceanfront based on your and your partner’s interest and activity level and plan an entire day from there. While this next date idea takes a little more planning and doesn’t leave as much room for spontaneity, enjoying live theater and art performances together opens up a world of conversation, not to mention creativity in you and your partner. Thankfully, there are several places to enjoy the performing arts in Orange County. Booking tickets for a show at The Rose Center Theater, Chance Theater, or even dance classes to take together at The South Coast Conservatory all make great date night ideas. You don’t have to be a kid to still think Disney is the happiest and most magical place on Earth! For the young and young at heart, bring some fun and whimsy to your date night with Downtown Disney! The shopping and food are enough to keep you busy for hours and reconnecting over all things fun!

Date nights are important, even if you think they’re corny initially. By intentionally investing time in your relationship, you can show your partner just how much they mean to you and how worth your relationship is.
