Bollywood Bar & Clay Oven in Santa Rosa

Posted by on May 6, 2019 in Dining, Santa Rosa, Travel | 0 comments

We dined at Bollywood Bar & Clay Oven as a guest of Santa Rosa One of my favorite restaurants that I visited while in Santa Rosa was the Bollywood Bar & Clay Oven. The restaurant is a short drive from The Sandman Hotel, and offers guests authentic Indian cuisine with an upscale ambiance. The minute that I walked into the restaurant I felt like I was in a restaurant located in Manhattan. The space blends rustic elements, like unfinished wood and exposed brick, with modern furniture. We took a seat at one of the tables on the second floor and got ready to dine on Indian classics paired with local wine. Bollywood Bar & Clay Oven Appetizers I love Indian food, and one of my favorite dishes is Pani Puri. It is traditional Indian street food, and it is...

Eat more pie. Because “Pie not”? When visiting Santa Rosa, we had an unforgettable dinner at Bollywood Bar & Clay Oven. After dinner we noticed that a new pie bar had just opened next door, so we went in to check it out before walking down to The Jade Room Wine Bar for a nightcap. Clean Eating at an Angels Game

We attended an Angels game as a guest While it is well-known that most people will have a hotdog, peanuts (and beer for the parents) at a ballgame, things have changed. Parents want healthier options for their kids growing bodies – even at a baseball game. Feeding my kids nutritious food is a passion of mine. Ever since my son developed severe food allergies, I saw the impact that processed foods vs. real foods had on his body. Packaged food isn’t always worth the risk of an epi-pen injection with an ER visit. With most stadiums not allowing guests to bring in their own food, we avoided bringing him to events where he would not have access to clean eating until recently. Melissa’s Produce now offers families healthy food options at Angels Stadium and many other locations. With my...
