Angelina’s Pizzeria New Menu Delights Us

We dined as a guest of the venue

Every so often, my heart skips a beat for a delicious, savory Italian meal. I’d been recently dreaming about a great pasta dish accompanied by a glass of vino. Imagine my delight when I was invited to dine as a guest of Angelina’s Pizzeria Napoletana. A chance to discover their new Spring Menu with a unique and fresh take on some familiar but also new, creative dishes.

I began with the dish Burrata di Primavera; a lovely marriage of Burrata, English Peas, Fava Beans, Mint + Lemon. It’s one of my favorites now with a burst of flavor and reminds you of Spring. The idea of Burrata with anything makes me happy.

This next dish, an Antipasto of Charred Octopus, Braised Chickpeas, Tomatoes, and Marjoram is imaginative, smokey and delicious. Chef Jonah is exploring blends of ingredients, and I love it!

Gnocchi Bolognese is my comfort dish and then when Chef Jonah add’s a bit of Burrata, It’s just off the charts flavorful and beautiful for me.

Angelina’s Pizzeria Napoletana is a wonderful go to for special occasions, with an atmosphere that reminds you of a restaurant you’d find closer to the west side. They have a menu that includes a Seared Alaskan Halibut with Creamy Leek Puree, Sautéed Oyster Mushrooms, and Wild Ramps. The fish was delicate on the inside while being perfectly crisp on the outside.

The Veal Chop is gorgeous atop a layer of Charred Rapini Puree, Apricot Montara, and Potatoes. The presentation is artful and most delicious.

You’ll find creative drinks to indulge in, along with a beautiful wine selection and a refreshing Lemon Sorbet with Tito’s Vodka, Prosecco, and Basil.

Take an evening to explore the new Spring Menu at Angelina’s Pizzeria Napoletana. Good food and good wine are meant to be shared, just bring a smile, conversation and let the evening unfold, enjoy!! Angelina’s Pizzeria Napoletana is located at 8573 Irvine Center Dr, Irvine, CA 92618. Reservations are recommended by calling (949) 536-5200.
