One of my favorite childhood memories was having my Grandpa take me for treats at our local candy store. As I have grown older, all of the small candy stores have slowly started to disappear in Orange County. Finding a place with specialty candy is hard in Orange County, until we discovered the Balboa Island Candy Store.
