Masterpiece Easter Celebration in the Grand Ballroom

This extravagant Easter holiday meal is a 12-Station Masterpiece Brunch family affair featuring live musical entertainment, a champagne toast and complimentary photographs to preserve the memories. Once again Studio’s Easter Brunch complete with panoramic Pacific views, will be a memorable exquisite holiday meal. Chef Benjamin Martinek’s First Course is a choice of either Baby Gem Lettuces with Easter egg radish, shaved carrot, spiced almond, avocado and green peppercorn dressing; Seared Kona Kampachi with baby beets, smoked trout roe and horseradish yogurt; or Dutch White Asparagus and Lady Edison Ham with pecorino toscano mousse and sea asparagus gribiche. His Second Course offers a choice of Spinach Frittata with leek fondue, potato glass and hackleback caviar; Dungeness Crab Hash with roasted Kennebec potatoes, spring onion, pasilla chile, poached hen egg and fines herbs; or Pissaladière with early girl shaved tomatoes, grilled ramps, white anchovies, gordal olives and lemon basil. Chef Cathy Pavlos has taken her incredible garden to table Sunday Brunch and transformed it for Easter Sunday. Join us Sunday, April 21st from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for a Prix-Fixe Champagne Brunch. Guests can look forward to a four-course menu including an amuse of our beloved Provenance Herbed Yogurt Biscuits with House Honey Butter. For the main course, chose between one of six brunch favorites including our Petite Black Canyon Filet Mignon Medallions, Pan-Roasted New Zealand Sole, and Crab Cake Benedict with Softly Boiled Cage-Free Eggs. Make sure you save room for dessert! Provenance will have a huge dessert display with a selection of Euro Pastries. Meals for guests 12 and under are available, priced at $25.50.
