Big Bear Brings Back the Trolley for Weekend Visitors

Families visiting Big Bear this holiday season will get to enjoy the return of the Big Bear Trolley. The trolley was first introduced into the Big Bear community in 2004, and then was retired in 2007. The return of the trolley will make it convenient for guests visiting the area by offering transportation throughout the town. Transportation is available at a rate of $5 per guest that includes unlimited rides throughout the weekend from 10am to 4pm.

Historic music will float around the air inside of the trolley as guests are transported while riding on comfortable cushioned benches between ski resorts, dining destinations, and resorts.

The trolley will be running on weekends at the following destinations in Big Bear; Northwoods Resort, The Village Shops, Copper Q, Robinhood Resort, Black Forest Lodge, Wolf Creek Hotel & Wine Room/Big 5, Snow Summit, Brownie Lane, Bear Mountain/Moonridge Zoo, Best Western, Interlaken Center/Vons, Sonora Cantina/Old Country Inn/Grizzly Manor Cafe/Denny’s, Marina Resort, Bear Creek Resort, and Magic Mountain.

We attended the launch of the trolley while on a press trip at Big Bear.
