Blackberry Mojito Recipe
While doing a restaurant review earlier in the year, a local chef recommended I try his famous blackberry mojito. I was nervous about trying a cocktail other than a simple glass of wine, but I was amazed at the flavor. I loved the freshness of the blackberries blended with the mint. Ever since dining at that restaurant, I could not stop talking about how I wish that I could have one again. My husband did some research on how to make a mojito, and created this recipe that is even better than the cocktail I had that one evening. Using fresh mint and blackberries from our own backyard garden, this blackberry mojito recipe is now my favorite summer cocktail of all time!
Making the mojito is easier than my husband and I had thought. Since neither of us had ever made a cocktail before, we were nervous about how it would come out. With a little trial and error..we perfected this recipe for you to enjoy this summer.
