What to Do When Your Blood Sugar Keeps Dropping

5.     Eat or Drink Something with Sugar That Will Quickly Get into Your System

Lastly, if you ever feel that your blood sugar levels have dropped, then you should supplement your body as fast as possible to stop the symptoms. The best way to do this is by eating or drinking something with sugar that will quickly get into your system, such as candy or fresh fruit.
