Listen to music

If working out in silence does it for you, then fine. But if you would rather break the quiet with something that motivates you to get into your workout groove, then play music. You can do this with whatever sound system you use at home, or you could pump music through your headphones if you’re at the gym or exercising in the great outdoors.
