BRUXIE Huntington Beach

How many different sandwiches can be made with waffles?

Bruxie, one of our favorite restaurants, has a menu where everything is made with gourmet waffles.  From peanut butter and jelly for your children to Prosciutto & Gruyere, they have mastered the art of making delicious waffle sandwiches your entire family will enjoy.

On Tuesday, April 23rd, Bruxie will open its fifth unique eatery in Southern California in Huntington Beach.  The restaurant will be located one block East of PCH at The Strand at 180 5th Street, Suite 120, in Huntington Beach.

“Since opening our first location just over two years ago, Bruxie has developed a great following from Orange County’s beach communities and Huntington Beach, in particular.  We have searched for the perfect location and believe that Bruxie at The Strand is it!” explained Dean Simon, Managing Partner of Bruxie. “Our new 5th Street site is located at Walnut Avenue, and is one block North of Main Street and one block East of PCH, making it great for Huntington Beach locals and visitors with plenty of beach access and parking.”

Bruxie has a unique menu that adds some flare to classic foods with a crispy and light waffle at the heart of every dish.  Bruxie has a strong reupuation for their pure cane sugar fountain sodas and their ever popular real Wisconsin custard.  Huntington Beach patrons get special access to this amazing custard through Huntington Beach’s first ‘Bruxie Streetside’ walk-up window where they can get shakes, floats, desserts and beverages.

Bruxie Huntington Beach will be open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  They will be open Sunday through Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Thursday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.  The “Bruxie Streetside” window will open every morning at 7 a.m. beginning in early May allowing guests to enjoy coffee, beverages, and some breakfast sandwiches on their patio.

With seating for more than 90 people, Bruxie Huntington Beach offers indoor and outdoor seating.  Bruxie opened their first location  in 2010 in Old Towne Orange, a second only one year later in Brea Downtown, and their third location in Rancho Santa Margarita in May 2012.  Bruxie’s fourth restaurant opened at The Shoppes at Chino Hills in November 2012.  Bruxie offers an affordable menu where nothing on the menu exceeds $10.
