Burrata and Prosciutto Crosanti with Muscat Grapes

Sponsored by Whole Foods Market

Do you like sweet grapes? Then you are going to fall in love with the muscat grapes at Whole Foods Market. The grapes can only be found for such a short time here in Orange County, and right now they are at their perfect ripeness at Whole Foods Markets across Orange County.

The grapes are from Chile and range in colors from light green to blushed pink, and they will be the sweetest grapes you’ll ever eat for just $2.99 a pound. When I heard that the muscat grapes were at Whole Foods Market, I picked-up a bunch for our Sunday brunch. I used the grapes to make an incredibly delicious appetizer that is perfect for the next time that you have guests visit – Burrata and Prosciutto Crosanti with the muscat grapes.

The recipe is easy, fresh and delicious. It can be made within just minutes before your next meal. Even if your kids are picky eaters, they will love the combination of flavors in this appetizer.

1/2 Cup Burrata Cheese
4 Slices Prosciutto
1/4 cup arugula
1 cup of sliced muscat grapes

2. Brush the olive oil on one side of the baguette
3. Toast the baguettes on a sandwich press or skillet
4. Once the baguettes have cooled, top with burrata cheese, prosciutto, arugula and muscat grapes
5. Serve immediately
