Creamy Tuscan Chicken Pasta Recipe

We had a hint of cooler weather yesterday, that had me in the mood for a little comfort food. While daydreaming about the Tuscany hills in Italy, I was inspired to make this creamy Tuscan children pasta sauce for our family dinner. The recipe is simple, delicious and your kids are guaranteed to come asking for more! Enjoy!

Creamy Tuscan Chicken Pasta


1 Onion (diced)
1 Garlic clove (diced)
5-6 Chicken tenders
1 Cup of sundried tomatoes
1/2 Cup of white wine
2 Tbl. Olive oil
1 1/2 Cups of Heavy cream
3-4 cups of spinach
1 1/2 cups of parmesan cheese
2 Tbl parsley (chopped)

1. Cook noodles per package instructions.

2. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil.

3. Add the onion and garlic. Cook until translucent.

4. Add the chicken tenders and white wine. Cook until chicken is fully cooked.

5. Add the sundried tomatoes and cheese. Cook for about 3-5 minutes.

6. Add the spinach and cook until the spinach has wilted.

7. Add the cream and salt/pepper. Cook for 10 minutes.

8. Top with parsley.

9. Serve over warm noodles or rice.
