Dancing with the Stars has been one of my all-time favorite shows on ABC. When I learned that I was going to have a dancing lesson from three of the stars from Dancing with the Stars, I literally screamed out loud with excitement.

When I arrived at the popular Pro Dance LA dance studio, there was Brandon Armstrong, Alan Bersten & Gleb Savchenko awaiting our arrival. I got settled in and watched them rehearse the lesson they were going to teach us.

The three dancers had so much energy and made the lesson so much fun. The dance they were going to teach us was to one of the popular songs in Disney’s The Nutcracker and the Four Realms.

Before we started dancing, we had an opportunity to talk with the three about what it is like to be on Dancing with the Stars and to mentor some of the children on Dancing with the Stars: Juniors. The three couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful the children they have been mentoring in Dancing with the Stars: Juniors are. They shared with all of us that they felt like their dad while spending time with and that they are all extremely talented and hard workers.

Then it was time for the fun to begin. They turned on the music and took us through all the steps of the dance. I have never been able to dance, and I was surprised that within just a few minutes I was dancing (without falling over). I quickly learned why they are so good and dance instruction and are some of the best in the industry.

After we all learned the dance lesson, we broke-up into small groups to perfect the dance. We then took turns performing the special dance for each other, and each group put their one unique twist on the dance. Everyone cheered each other on, and it was such a wonderful bonding experience with my friends.

The dance class was one of my most favorite experiences of all time. Before we left for dinner, they took their time to talk selfies with all of us so that we can remember the moment forever.

If you haven’t already been watching Dancing with the Stars this season, the competition is heating up, and the semi-finals will begin LIVE on Monday, November 12th on ABC from 5-7pm PST/8-10pm EST.
