Disney Frozen World Premiere at The El Capitan Theatre

The highly-anticipated Disney film, “Frozen,” had its World Premiere at the El Capitan Theatre earlier this week, and the OC Mom Blog was honored to walk the snowy white carpet outside of the historic Hollywood Theatre.

There was a chill in the air as a storm was getting ready to blow into Los Angeles, and the carpet was lined with real snow as all Hollywood’s most elite families came out to see the film. As we stepped onto the white carpet, we were transformed into a magical world of snow, sparkles and magic for the evening.

Right before entering the theatre to find our seats for the premiere of the film, there was an elaborate ice sculpture being created with a chain saw in the middle of Hollywood Boulevard. Once the last guest dusted the snow off their heels, it was time for the film “Frozen” to make its world debut inside of the El Capitan Theatre.

Before the film began, the audience was surprised with a special announcement from Robert A. Iger on behalf of the Walt Disney Company in honor of the loss of Diane Disney Miller earlier that morning. After the beautiful tribute that brought tears to the eyes of everyone in the audience, Mr. Iger, announced the debut of the film.

After the World Premiere of the film, “Frozen,” it was time to celebrate the film release at a star-studded private party. The champagne was flowing, the crafts were glowing, and the Disney “Frozen” stars were gleaming. There was food, dessert and even a cereal bar hosted by Kellogg’s.

It was a magical night that will live forever in the hearts of those who attended. Your family can enjoy “Frozen” this holiday season starting on November 27th.
