Children are invited to enjoy a special story time at your nearest Pottery Barn store at 11:00am. Children can get a free passport to collect stamps for every story time visit. After collecting five stamps, children will receive a special surprise. The event is free to the public.

Kaleidoscope brings back its Kaleido-Kids Summer Time Fun Series co-sponsored by Jump ‘n Jammin this summer. The free series of activities for kids is every Tuesday from June 23 to August 18, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm. Today’s special activity is Cartoon Drawing Fun.

Surf City Nights is when three blocks of Main Street (between PCH and Orange St.) close to traffic and open to fun. Shops spread out with sidewalk sales, the streets fill with unique vendors, and the farmers set up with fresh, seasonal produce and flowers. It happens every Tuesday year-round from 5:00pm to 9:00pm. Free admission. A variety of performers provide hours of lively entertainment. It’s a place where children dance in the streets, jump in the bounce houses, or ride a pony. It’s for strolling couples, friends’ reunions, and family gatherings. It’s when every restaurant tempts you with signature dishes, cheerful drinks and Surf City Night specials. It’s the perfect place to find that special gift amongst the 90+ vendor booths. Street parking. Park in the City parking structure off Walnut and 3rd street.

Free family entertainment for the whole community! Presented by the city of Costa Mesa and Costa Mesa Community Foundation. There will be activities for the kids, gourmet food trucks and a wine and beer garden at this year’s concerts. Event runs 5:00pm – 7:45pm, music begins at 6:15pm, preshow at 5:00pm. Main parking at Goathill Junction Train lot.
