Bring your kids and your pets to this fun Orange County event. There is a $5 entry fee per category. Registration begins at 11am and the parade starts at noon. There are ribbons for all the 1st-4th place entrants and first place winners will receive a $10 Petco gift card.

Families from throughout Orange County can expect their kids to come home with dirty hands after a day at one of the Orange County Great Park’s Children’s Gardening Workshops in 2014. The free monthly workshop series at the Great Park’s Farm + Food Lab provides hands-on gardening activities for children ages 3-to-9 from 11am to 1pm.
