What is The Dash Diet? It is one of the healthiest diets that you can use to lose weight. Multiple studies have shown that this diet can help to lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease, heart failure, kidney stones, and diabetes.

It appears to be flexible enough to fit into most family lifestyles as it is more of a healthy way of eating than a “diet.” The meal plans are rich in fruits, vegetables, low-fat or nonfat dairy. Mediterranean
The Mediterranean Diet was ranked #1 for The Best Plant Based Diet. This diet is focused on living an active lifestyle, and a diet low in red meat, sugar, and saturated fat. The diet is rich in produce, nuts and other healthy foods similar to a way of eating that people follow who live in the countries the border the Mediterranean Sea.
