Five Must-Have Knott’s Boysenberry Festival Foods

We visited as a guest of the venue

In just a couple of more days, Knott’s Berry Farm is going to transform into a festive festival where families can celebrate delicious boysenberries during the 2017 Boysenberry Festival. The festival this year is going to be bigger and better than ever with the delicious food offerings being one of the highlights of the festival. When planning your upcoming visit to Knott’s Berry Farm during the Boysenberry Festival from April 1st through April 23rd, these are five foods that you can’t leave without savoring.

The Fun Bun
It has always been a food favorite during the festival, and I can’t wait to sink my tastebuds into a warm freshly fried fun bun again this year. Along with the Fun Bun, the Fun Stick is also a fan favorite.

Boysenberry Pizza
The boysenberry pizza is a new featured dish this year and one that you can’t miss trying. The pizza is mind-blowing and features arugula and goat cheese. You’ve never experienced pizza quite like this before.

Alligator Bites
That’s right – real alligator. While at the festival, be a little adventurous and try the fried alligator bites. The tasty dish is paired to perfection with a zesty boysenberry aioli.

Boysenberry Crepe
For those with a sweet tooth, the boysenberry crepe won’t disappoint. Every bite of this delicious dessert is pure heaven. I warn you – you can’t just have one bite.

Boysenberry Meatballs and Chicken Wings
For the meat eaters in your family, they will love every delicious bite of the meatballs and chicken wings that are coated with sweet boysenberry sauce. This dish is perfect for families who might have a little one who is a picky eater. They will love the combination of sweet and savory flavors.

Along with these delicious foods, there will be entertainment and endless fun for families to experience during the Knott’s Boysenberry Festival. Tickets are available online at
