Dana Point Turkey Trot

Wake-up early on Thanksgiving morning, put on your running shoes and bring the family down to Dana Point for the 37th Annual Dana Point Turkey Trot on Thursday, November 27th.

Races and Pricing (Pre-registration ends Monday, November 24th) Register online
5K Race – Masters (Age 40+) $40.00
5K Race – Open (Ages 39 & Below) $40.00
10K Race $45.00
Combo 5K & 10K Race $55.00
Kids’ Gobble Wobble 1 Mile Race $15.00

7:00AM 10K Start

8:30AM 5K Masters Start (age 40 and over)

9:10AM Costume Contest

9:30AM 5K Open Start

10:15AM Kids’ Gobble Wobble Start (1 Mile)

Plan to arrive at least 60-90 minutes before your start time!


Shuttle from Dana Hills High School
This year we are proud to announce that we will be offering shuttle transportation to and from Dana Hills High School. Shuttle service will commence at 5:30am and will run until approximately 11:30am. We ask that you still plan on arriving 60-90 minutes prior to your race to ensure that you have the proper time to register and line up for your race.


Additional parking locations:

Dana Point Harbor Drive at the Embarcadero
Along Golden Lantern north of the Dana Marina Plaza
La Plaza Park and shopping center
Neighborhoods surrounding the Harbor and the Lantern District
Along Del Prado or Pacific Coast Highway – take the stairs down Heritage Park or walk down Golden Lantern to Dana Point Harbor Drive
$2 an hour or $15 daily (per vehicle) parking is available at Doheny State Beach
