Harvesters Fashion Show Raises Funds for The Second Harvest Food Bank

Women from all over Orange County came together last week for the annual Harvesters fashion show at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts to raise funds for the Second Harvest Food Bank. It was a beautiful day as Segerstrom Hall was adorned with crystal chandeliers and flowers blanketed the beautiful purple tables.

The afternoon began with a champagne reception and silent auction. Guests attending the event bid on multiple silent auction items including an adorable puppy. There were items from all of Orange County’s elite stores, fine wine, and travel opportunities for guest to place their bids on throughout the morning.

Once the final bid had been placed, everyone walked into the Samueli Theater for the fashion show to begin. All of the hottest fall styles from South Coast Plaza were displayed on the runway during the exclusive fashion show. From lavish ball gowns to fall coats, there was something for everyone in the audience to fall in love with, and order at South Coast Plaza to bring home.

The afternoon ended with a beautiful brunch with food prepared by the culinary mastermind Chef Ross Pangilinan from Leatherby’s Café Rouge.

It was an afternoon that everyone who attended will remember forever and made a major impact in the lives of families in Orange County who might not know where they will be getting their next meal. Learn more about the passion behind Harvesters, and find out how you can volunteer on their website.
