Hatch Chile Salsa Recipe

Hatch Chile’s are one of my favorite vegetables and are only available for a short time every year. During Hatch Chile season, I always get the freshest hatch chiles available from Melissa’s Produce. Last week, I enjoyed cooking my family some tasty stuffed hatch chiles that I paired with a freshly made hatch chile salsa.
Making homemade salsa is one of the easiest things to prepare for your family. You can quickly make a large serving, and your children can enjoy it throughout the week, or you can use it to make many other recipes. You can purchase Hatch Chiles with different heat intensities (mild, medium or hot). I made it with mild chiles and then added some jalapeno to half of it for my older son who loves spicy foods and me. Enjoy making this Hatch Chile salsa with your family this week.
