Holiday Cookie Decorating with Walkers Shortbread Cookies

Sample product received

One of our favorite holiday activities is to decorate cookies. Instead of decorating plain sugar cookies from the grocery store bakery this year we tried something new by decorating Walkers Festive Shapes Shortbread cookies. The shortbread cookies come with four different holiday shapes in a set of twelve (just enough for each of my three kids to decorate one of each shape).

What I love about Walkers cookies in that they are made with just four high-quality ingredients: wheat flour, butter, sugar and salt. There are no “chemical names” on the ingredient list that I’ve never heard of before, just the ingredients needed to make delicious holiday cookies for our children.

I got out different colored tubes of icing and lots of decorations to let the kids express their creativity while decorating their holiday cookies. We laughed and giggled together while decorating with our favorite holiday music playing in the background.

Instead of purchasing store-bought sugar cookies for your children to decorate this year, consider a healthier alternative by purchasing Walkers shortbread cookies that have no artificial ingredients or preservatives. They can be found at your local grocery store during the holiday season.

Happy holiday cookie decorating.
