Howl-Loween Revelry at The Anaheim Packing District

The Anaheim Packing District invites all to join in the family friendly revelry this coming weekend starting at 11am Saturday morning, October 29 with the Anaheim Fall Festival spanning the open air Center St. Promenade. Designed for the young at heart, the Festival features a pumpkin patch, vintage gaming booths, local eateries featuring seasonal fare, the annual costume contest for kids, as well as the infamous Pooch Pawrade at 2pm (doggie costume contest). Admission to the Festival is FREE with ample public parking nearby. For more info visit:

Be sure to stay nearby as the Festival transitions into “real spooky” at 6pm, as the 92rd Annual Anaheim Halloween Parade begins on Broadway near Manchester, traveling east on Broadway, then north on Harbor, east on the historic “main street” of Anaheim (Center St. Promenade) with grand finale at the Anaheim Packing House on Anaheim Blvd. The parade includes a refreshed favorite float, The Haunted House, an all new Clock Tower float by renowned artist Rhode Montijo (aka The Halloween Kid) as well as classic autos, witches on bikes and zombies galore. Select floats will be on display thru Sunday, October 30, on Farmers Park near the Packing House for spooktacular Halloween photo ops! For more info contact:

To close out the holiday weekend, Sunday morning, October 30, presents a Spooky Pancake Breakfast and parade float viewing, which is open to the community on the Farmers Park boardwalk. For only $5/plate attendees will enjoy fresh homemade pancakes from and sausage with free coffee offered by K&A Café, Georgia’s and Pandor Bakery. Fresh orange juice is available for $1 add on to compliment your healthy dining! Breakfast hours are 8:30am-10:30am; parade floats will be on display until 12pm. Anaheim treasure and the Parade’s Grand Marshal, Sean Oliu, will serenade guests as they feast.

Assisting at the Breakfast check in table will be the 2016 Anaheim Fall Festival/Halloween Parade teen and junior ambassadors including this year’s “Queen” and her court. The non-profit Miss Anaheim Fall Festival Scholarship Program will be one of this year’s Spooky Pancake Breakfast beneficiaries. These ladies represent 7 local schools and have all won scholarships based on leadership skills, community service and public speaking proficiencies. Hope to see you soon!
