It is time for your kids to hop aboard the Polar Express to visit Santa at the Irvine Park Railroad. The 19th annual Christmas Train will open on Friday, November 28th. This year is extra special with the opening of their first Christmas Tree Farm on Friday, November 28th.

Tickets are only sold online this year, and are expected to sell out quickly, so we encourage families to purchase their tickets online today for this unforgettable experience.

In celebration of the start of this special holiday event, we are giving away a special holiday ticket package to one OC Mom Blog family. This family will get to create unforgettable memories this holiday season at the Irvine Park Railroad.

  20. My favorite holiday memory was when my mom took me to Santa’s Village just before Christmas when I was 4 or 5. It was snowing and we drove up to Big Bear with our convertible top down while it snowed. We went for hot chocolate and as we approached the building, I slipped and I brought my mom down with me in the snow. I remember we took home snow so my aunt could use it to make home made snow ice cream. I remember my aunt made banana ice cream for me. I treasure this memory.

  25. I have vey fond memories of Christmas PJs (which my sweet mom still does) and the excitement of looking at Christmas lights while we sipped hot cocoa. Another tradition that we still do every year. :))

  48. We went to Irvine Railroad Park last year, and it was the most wonderful holiday memory for our family! Would love to go again this year! We also enjoy baking cookies two weeks leading up to Christmas Day, looking at all the beautiful holiday displays around town, and spending precious time with family and friends.
