Kid-Friendly Brussels Sprouts Recipe
I refused to eat brussels sprouts as a kid. If I would not eat them during dinner, My mom would reheat them at every single meal until I ate them. Eating three-day old “boiled” brussels sprouts made it a dish that I refused to eat as an adult – until recently. When dining during a restaurant review, the chef would not let me leave without trying his brussels sprouts. When I tasted it – I had no idea that a brussels sprout could taste that good, and I was determined to see if I could reproduce the recipe at home.
