Legoland Chima Waterpark is Now Open
We attended as a guest of Legoland
The water was warm even when the air outside was a bit overcast and shallow enough for little people.
The Chima play structure was complete with slides, water guns and cabanas to rent if you planned to stay all day.
The kids and I were ready to explore more of the Chima Water Park, first stop was Eglor’s Build-A-Boat.
Here the kids were able to create a boat using Lego pieces and let their creations race down the river.
After splashing in the Chima play structure and building boats, it was time to eat.
We ate at the NEW Wolves’ Den Grill, there were plenty of options and seating available.
The kids were had full tummies and were now ready to hit the Lion Temple Wave Pool.
Here you will find plenty of space to ride the waves and lots of lifeguards on hand to make sure the kids are safe.
While the kids rode the waves, I put my toes in the soft, warm sand. I kept asking myself, “Am I at Legoland?”
The day was winding down, but the kids stopped in Speedorz Arena for a friendly racing competition, racers provided.
It was time to pack up and head back to The OC … but not before we picked up a souvenir and a trip inside the giant family-sized dryer.
We relaxed, played hard and the kids give the new Legoland California Chima Water Park two thumbs up!
