Littlest Pet Shop at the LA Times Festival of Books

Tickets to the event were provided to our writer on behalf of The Hub Network.

My daughter and I went to the LA Times Festival of Books at USC last weekend for a sneak peek at the newest episode of Littlest Pet Shop!

My daughter loves animals so much and is always wanting a new pet, so Littlest Pet Shop is definitely a favorite!

We have really enjoyed the show on The Hub and were excited to see what was coming up next!

“Summertime Blues” Logline: Blythe is accepted into the junior program at a prestigious fashion school and has to cope with the anxiety of leaving her family and pet friends behind over the summer.

My daughter’s eyes were glued to the screen as Blythe and her pals had another adventure!

She smiled and clapped and couldn’t wait to see it again!

After the screening we were able to interview the writers and executive producers of Littlest Pet Shop, Julie and Tim Cahill.

They were so great with the kids and answered all their questions about how they developed the show from the toy line.

The Cahills told us they are animal lovers and some of their own pets have been written into the show!

My daughter was so excited to take home some Littlest Pet Shop toys!

I know they will be much loved!

To see this fun new episode, tune into The Hub this Saturday at 11:30am ET/8:30am PT!!
