Make-a-Wish Foundation 3rd Annual Walk a Huge Success

Make-a-wish foundation 3rd annual walk for wishes

Make-a-Wish foundation is one of my favorite local organizations to support. Once I saw the face on a child having their wish granted through the Make-a-Wish foundation, I realized how important this organization is to terminally ill children living in Orange County. Recently, the Make-a-Wish foundation hosted their 3rd Annual Walk for Wishes that was a huge success raising more than $170,000 between the 1,400 walkers that came to show their support.

“We are overjoyed by the success of today’s walk,” said Stephanie McCormick, president and CEO of Make-A-Wish Orange County and the Inland Empire. “It was thrilling to see such an amazing Orange County community presence and we are truly grateful for the support.”

Walk For Wishes proved to be a day of excitement, entertainment and inspiration made possible by Trusted Choice, Mackenzie Corporation, Pacific Contours and Link Murrel & Change, as well as Cox Cares, Orange County Business Bank, North American Health Care, Seven Gables Real Estate, and Dave and Busters.
