Mom and Kid-Friendly Yoga Series at YogaWorks in Huntington Beach


Research suggests that children who practice yoga are better able to manage their emotions and relationships at home, on the playing field, and in the classroom. Yoga also brings positive results in early intervention and postnatal recovery. Additional benefits include stress reduction, improved digestion, better sleep, neuromuscular development, relaxation, strength, and flexibility. Let yoga be your–and your child’s–pathway to confidence, strength, and flexibility.


Bond with your child while enjoying the benefits of yoga with our Baby & Me Series, starting Friday, June 5 and continuing each Friday through June 26. From 1-2pm each Friday, instructor Wolkow will teach yoga with music, props, games and engaging sequence. Classes are offered to walkers up to age 3, with their mom, dad or caregiver.

Introduce your child (age 6-12) to the joy of yoga through our Kids Power Hour, beginning Friday, July 10 and continuing through July 31, from 1-2 pm. No yoga experience is necessary, but participants should bring a yoga mat and dress prepared to move and have fun! We recommend purchasing the whole series to get the most out of this opportunity.

Yoga itself is very popular worldwide for its various health and fitness benefits. Busy people tend to do yoga instead of hitting the gym for a rigorous workout because yoga has similar benefits that you would have received from visiting the gym. I agree with your Idea. Thanks
