Alzairi Olive Oil

Cooking with Wine
The ideal gift way to spend time with mom on Mother’s Day
Sunday, 5/12/13
12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
In this hands-on cooking class we will uncover the best way to enhance a dish and add new depths of flavor… add wine! You’ll learn tips on how to cook with wine and the basics of pairing wine. We will also learn how to emulsify vinaigrette, proper braising, de-glazing, and creating a classic butter sauce. Treat your mom or yourself!
