Community Campfire and Night Hike

Join Community Outreach Coordinator Sama Wareh for a community campfire and storytelling session. After eating s’mores and enjoying storytelling and games around the campfire, embark on a night hike. $6/guest ($5 for members)

Tuesday, March 4th

Children are invited to enjoy a special story time at your nearest Pottery Barn store at 11am. Children can get a free passport to collect stamps for every story time visit. After collecting five stamps, children will receive a special surprise. The event is free to the public.

Mardi Gras Celebration

Pretend City is opening their new Cajun themed restaurant, and hosting a big Mardi Gras celebration for the kids. There will be crafts and food sampling. All of the activities are included with the price of admission.

The breastfeeding support group at Granola Babies is an inviting, friendly and welcoming group for mothers and mothers-to-be. Children are welcomed and there’s a comfortable sofa for nursing. You’ll receive both education and breastfeeding support for a successful breastfeeding relationship with your child. The event is complimentary and starts at 1pm.

Kids Gardening Workshop

Families from throughout Orange County can expect their kids to come home with dirty hands after a day at one of the Orange County Great Park’s Children’s Gardening Workshops in 2014. The free monthly workshop series at the Great Park’s Farm + Food Lab provides hands-on gardening activities for children ages 3-to-9 from 11am to 1pm.
