Created under the direction of acclaimed Chef and Executive General Manager Michael Gaines, the restaurant will serve a five-course prix fixe menu, with a complimentary Champagne Toast or Gazpacho Shooter.

Menu highlights include Calamari Ceviche Tostada with capers, green olives, and pine nuts; Shellfish Veracruz with Spanish rice, and tomato broth; Seared Salmon with English peas, sesame, and ajo blano; and Filet of Beef served alongside potato purée, mole, and charred scallions. Additionally, the menu also includes seasonal desserts such as Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake, Winter Citrus Flan, and Tres Leches Cake with toasted coconut, and guest can add on fresh oysters for the table by the dozen and half dozen if interested.

Raw Bar by Slapfish is a simple, community-focused restaurant that celebrates the sustainability and versatility of oysters.
