Orange Fluff Salad with Melissa’s Produce

When we received South African baby pineapples and neapolitan tangerines from Melissa’s Produce, I knew we had to make something. I began to think of fun recipes to make. My mom and I finally thought of making a orange fluff salad with the nectarines and pineapples that we got.

Making a dessert with Melissa's Produce

This recipe is easy and fun to make. When I was in the kitchen I was having a blast mixing up all the ingredients in one large bowl. If you have little ones this is definitely a recipe for you to try. Not only is it super fun, but it only took about 15-20 minutes. The hardest part of the entire recipe was peeling and cutting the fruit.

We made enough of this orange marshmallow fluff salad to fill at least five peoples stomachs, but I’m sure we will be making it again in bigger batches for all of our friends.
