Do your kids love Shamu? Do they want to see a real Orca whale – not in captivity? For the first time, it is now possible right off our Orange County coastline. Wild killer whales, also known as blackfish or orcas, are thriving off Southern California coast.

4 orcas, 2 gray whales and over 1,000 common dolphins spotted yesterday at 14:11 pm. These animals can be viewed free, in their natural habitat, not in captivity. There are also a record number of gray whales from this year over both the previous year and the average 10 prior years, according to the American Cetacean Society’s LA Census.

Extreme whale watching going on now include rare sperm, minke, fin and blue whales this month! Harbor Breeze Cruises is poised to meet the extra demand and will be adding additional vessels as needed.

Trips are offered daily with Harbor Breeze Cruises at 12 and 3 pm, open every day out of the year – closed only on Christmas Day. Pricing is $35 for adults, $30 for seniors age 62+, and $25 for kids age 3-11.

Harbor Breeze Cruises is located at:
100 Aquarium Way, Dock #2
Long Beach, California 90802
