Pacific Waters Spa – An Evening of Pampering
We visited as a guest of the venue
Who likes going to the spa? We do! Last week we had the luxury of celebrating with Pacific Waters Spa at the Hyatt in Huntington Beach, CA It’s a lovely annual treat that Pacific Waters Spa hosts as a thank you to their loyal patrons.
It’s a festive, social evening throughout the spa; allowing you time to meander through a variety of spaces while discovering pampering opportunities. Women casually sipping wine, laughing and talking while learning about featured facial products and fun takeaway items to sample at home. My favorite was the spa’s mini samplings of their daily services; giving us the opportunity to try a mini massage and/or facial.
We signed up for the mini HydraFacial; a non-invasive resurfacing of the skin with no downtime. It’s true! No downtime; no redness or that irritating peeling of the skin. The process is incredibly hydrating, simple and painless. We walked away with our faces feeling incredibly clean, hydrated; impurities from blackheads removed and compliments from others after of how our skin glowed. We’re confident the wait for the HydraFacial grew! We personally fell in love with the it.
We continued our relaxed spa mode; shoulders dropped, finding our way through the hidden oasis and clearly we had forgotten about our previous daily grind. The essential oils filled the space inviting us to explore more; discovering the spa, sauna and the salon. Heavenly!
We agreed, we would be back for a future spa day pre/post holidays, however, anytime is a good time for the spa!
Watertable is a wonderful restaurant within the Hyatt offering coastal cuisine; this evening they provided us with delicious hors d’oeuvre’s of Blue Point Oysters with Bloody Mary Infused Vinegar. An all time favorite was the Spanish Deli featuring Salami, Prosciutto, Marinated Manchego, Rosemary Almonds, Oven Roasted Tomatoes and Rosemary Crisps. Of course, Watertable knows that we love the sweet treats as well; sharing with us a gorgeous Fall Goat Cheesecake with Seasonal Fruit, Candied Hazelnuts, Cranberry Wine Compote and Apple Crisp. Everything that we dined on this evening was outstanding! We took the time to walk the restaurant after the event, peeking at the menu to plan a return visit.
We are definitely looking forward to our next visit to Pacific Water’s Spa and plan to spend the day enjoying all of the amenities that the spa offers. It’s wonderful to have this little gem within the resort grounds of the Hyatt. It’s close to home and you can escape your daily world; even if it’s for a few hours. We know you spend more time taking care of others, however, remember to take care of you too!
