Panko Crusted Bacon and Tomato Macaroni and Cheese Recipe
Sometimes we all need a little comfort food. Last night, I was craving macaroni and cheese, so I made the most delicious panko crusted bacon and tomato macaroni and cheese recipe. The entire dinner was made in less than 30 minutes, and the kids were practically licking their plates.
Ingredients:
1 box of Annie’s Creamy Deluxe Macaroni and Cheese (this brand is free of artificial flavors, colors and preservatives)
1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes
4 Slices of cooked and crumbled bacon
1/3 cup of panko breadcrumbs
1/3 cup of shredded parmesan cheese
1/8 cup of chopped parsley
1 chopped garlic clove.
Directions:
1. Cook the macaroni and cheese per the package instructions.
2. After the macaroni and cheese is cooked and mixed with cheese – add the remaining ingredients.
3. Put into a baking dish, and cook at 325 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
4. Serve warm – enjoy!!
