Disney California Adventure Park just got Merrier this holiday season with the debut of the holiday show, “World of Color – Winter Dreams.” The all-new version of “World of Color” is hosted by Olaf the snowman from the upcoming Walt Disney Animated Feature film, “Frozen.” The 1,200 fountains, 600 lights and color bring the most beloved Disney-Pixar films to life including “Bambi,” “Fantasia” and “Toy Story.”

The premiere started with Steven Davison, Vice President of Parades and Spectaculars, taking the stage to talk about why Disney parks decided to change the popular show, “World of Color.” Steven Davison said, “Disneyland Resort embodies the spirit of the holidays. It’s a place where you come with your family and friends to get that season feeling. You feel the warmth, you feel the magic, you see it all around you, and that is what we really wanted to embody in this show. It’s all of those feelings coming to life in a magical way.”

One of the characters that stands out in the Walt Disney Animated Feature film, “Frozen” is the hilarious character Olaf. Right before “World of Color – Winter Dreams” premiered at Disney California Adventure Park, the voice of Olaf, Josh Gad, took the stage bringing laughter to the crowd with his hilarious jokes, and then had the honors of announcing the first show of “World of Color – Winter Dreams.”

“‘World of color’ will always continue to grow and change just as Walt Disney said, ‘As long as there is imagination in the world Disneyland will never be completed,’ and that is the same with ‘World of Color.'” -Steven Davison
