Prosciutto and Gruyere Sandwich Casserole Recipe

I have spent so much time in the kitchen doing holiday baking, that the last thing I want is to spend more time in the kitchen preparing a big family meal. I want dinner on the table in less than a few minutes so that I can focus on what is important – spending quality time with my family. I love prosciutto and Gruyère, so I created this simple and easy sandwich casserole recipe – it was a huge hit in my family!

30 minute dinner

You’ll be able to have dinner prepared within just a few minutes, and with barely any effort at all.

Ingredients:

1 package of Kings Hawaiian Roles
1/4 pound of fresh prosciutto
1/4 pound of Gruyère cheese
1/2 cup of arugula
2 tomatoes (sliced thin)

Directions:

1. First slice all of the Hawaiian roles in half

2. Put the bottom part of the rolls into a pyrex baking dish

3. Start with a thin layer of grated cheese, and then top with the prosciutto

4. Then add another layer of cheese, tomatoes and arugula.

5. Finish with another layer of cheese and the top of the Hawaiian rolls.

6. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes

7. Serve warm with potato chips
