Pulled Pork Sliders Recipe and Giveaway


I have been feeling under the weather for the last couple of days, and the last thing I wanted to do was cook dinner last night. The thought of my family eating another processed burger, got me out of bed to make this simple dinner. The slow cooker has always been my best friend, and especially when I am not feeling well.


This recipe was simple and delicious. I was in the kitchen for less than 10 minutes preparing a meal from scratch. The only change I would made would be to add some cole slaw to the top of the sliders.


To make the recipe, just mix all the ingredients into your slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours, and viola ~ dinner is served!


Instead of using the normal Hawaiian Rolls for the sliders, I tried making the sliders with Alexia all-natural artisan sweet potato rolls. The rolls have 0 grams of trans fat.
