The Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel Gingerbread Spectacular

The theme of the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel’s Gingerbread Spectacular is the “Sprit of Giving.” The special display pays tribute to the resort’s Community Footprints partners including Surfers Healing, Friends of Orange County’s Homeless Pets, Canine Companions for Independence, Socks for Heroes, Mission San Juan Capistrano, Orange County Rescue Mission, Olive Crest, Operation Helping Hands, and Second Harvest Food Bank.

Executive Pastry Chef Brian Sundeen, Assistant Pastry Chef Daniel Dominguez and the entire team spent more than 1,600 hours creating the amazing display that is completely edible. The display features gingerbread, popcorn, pretzels, cookies, crackers, cereal, Rice Krispy treats, graham crackers, chocolate, and loads of candy.
