Silva’s Fresh Eatery + Churrascaria made the Santa Ana food scene better than ever. Churrascarias are one of my favorite types of restaurant. The only problem is that many of them have overpriced menus. When I learned about Silva’s, I couldn’t wait to taste their meats.

I went to dinner at Silva’s before attending the ballet at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts. The restaurant is a short drive from the theatre.

The minute that I walked into the restaurant, I was in love with the decor. It is a beautiful restaurant with a modern look.

Menu Options at Silva’s Brazilian Eatery and Churrascaria

There are a couple of different options when dining at Silva’s. There is the option of the all-you-can-eat feast for $22.95. Or, there is a one time serving that includes 4 oz of protein for $15.95. Finally, there is the option to order off the set menu.

The all-you-can-eat is the best value, and we were starving. Dinner started by making a salad from the salad bar. Everything in the salad bar is fresh and organic. There is the choice of different lettuces and many toppings.

After the salad, it is time for the meat. The meats are fresh, seasoned and cooked to perfection.

My two favorite types of meat were the top sirloin (Picanha) and skirt steak. The Brazilian flavor boasted with every bite.

Also, there is a wide selection of side dishes. There is fresh Fresh Broccoli and Cauliflower, Butternut squash, Brazilian fried rice (Biro-Biro), and more. There are so many options to satisfy everyone in your family.

Along with the dining room, Silva’s Brazilian Eatery and Churrascaria has a beautiful bar. It is the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail after a long day at work. The happy hour is from 3-7pm daily at their full bar and offers some great specials.

It is now our favorite place to have dinner before seeing a show at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts.

It is family-friendly, and they offer something for everyone in your family to enjoy. In addition, they have vegetarian options.
