Simple Steps to Healthy Beautiful Skin


To look your best each day, make sure you drink plenty of water.  Everyone seems to have a different take on how much to drink; honestly, my body does not do well with too much water so I am a big believer that we should drink at least four 8 oz. glasses each day and more if we can.  Many recommend half of your body weight in ounces, which I try to do some days, but it is challenging to be consistent with that much water.  Drink your water each and every day and you will immediately see the difference in your skin.
