How to Make it

  1. Chill the liquor and cold water mix in the refrigerator so they are a consistent temperature.
  2. Pour gelatin (grape and/or orange) into a bowl.
  3. Add boiling water, stirring until the gelatin is completely dissolved (about two minutes).
  4. Place gummy eyeballs (edible) or other gummy body part in bottom of plastic shot glass. Note: Be sure not to overfill the cup, as candy is buoyant.
  5. Stir in chilled liquor and water mix and food coloring (optional).
  6. Pour into small, plastic shot cups.
  7. Refrigerate until the liquid sets. (At least 2 hours, but overnight refrigeration is recommended)
  8. Serve cold. Your guests can simply squeeze the shot into their mouth.

*For non-alcoholic version, skip the alcohol and replace ½ cup with water.
